The appropriate collection, use and disclosure of clients’ personal health information is fundamental to Woodstove’s day-to-day operations and to client care. As a psychological practice, confidentiality and privacy are core values which guide Woodstove’s work.

Collecting Personal Information

When you visit woodstovewellness.ca, we may collect certain information about your device and your interaction with our website. We may also collect additional information if you complete a contact form or if you book an appointment through Woodstove’s Jane App booking page.

Who Sees Your Personal Information

Alison McCleary is currently the only employee at Woodstove Wellness. As such, when you complete a contact form, Alison is the only person who sees your email. She will be the only person collecting your information to book appointments. Should new employees or contractors join the Woodstove Wellness practice, they will be required to complete confidentiality agreements that will ensure they are also committed to protecting your information.

Sharing Personal Information

Woodstove Wellness uses your personal Information only to track your time on the website.
